Customers can provide a valid reason for the rejection through our platform’s chat tool, which allows for easy communication between the buyer and seller. If the parts are found to be defective or not as described, the seller will bear the cost of courier to pick up the order.

Once we confirm that the seller has received the parts back, we will issue a refund to the buyer, with a 5% handling charge and shipping costs deducted. We believe that this policy is fair to both the buyer and the seller and helps to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the outcome.

When it comes to electronic parts, we take extra precautions to ensure that they are shipped in ESD-compliant packaging. This is especially important for components that are particularly susceptible to ESD, such as semiconductors. The packaging must match the part number of the component, and the seals must be original. If the seals on the packaging have been broken and re-sealed, the buyer is entitled to a refund.

To ensure the authenticity of the parts, the seal date on the packaging should be consistent with the date code. Additionally, the factory codes or countries of origin must match the manufacturer’s publicly available information. The manufacturing date code should also be logical.
